Local Promotional Programs • Sale Fest: 87 participants • Friday Fun Nights: held each Friday between Labor Day & Memorial Day with an average of 7 entertainers each evening. Funded solely by gracious local businesses, totaling over $10,000 in sponsorships. • Scarecrow Competition with 38 participating local businesses. Winner for 1st place was Huntington Bank • Wein & Stein with 17 participating locations – winner for 1st place was Slo' Bones BBQ Smokehaus • Small Business Saturday: 24 local businesses participated in our Shop Local campaign. We gave away 200 Shop Small goodie bags filled with local offers from participating businesses within 45min of opening! • Peppermint Perks Holiday Campaign: $5 off any $25 purchase, 43 participating businesses Networking Events • Kickoff Dinner, aended by over 300 guests in 2018 • 4 Business Aer Hours events celebrating anniversaries, expansions, remodels • Frankenmuth Aerial Park • Frankenmuth Insurance • Reinert & Bender • Member Showcase: Vital Nurse Staffing, Kris & Ko, Grasel Graphics & Amazing Engraving • 8 Ribbon Cuing ceremonies • Annual Golf Outing with 148 registered golfers • Casino Cruise with 81 participants • 3 Morning Mingle breakfast meetings with an average aendance of 59 guests • What's to Come in Saginaw County: Animal Control & the New Jail (presented by Robert Belleman, Saginaw County Controller) • Toward Zero Deaths Initiative (presented by Kimberly Zimmer, P.E., Traffic, Safety, Operations Engineer at MDOT, Bay Region Office • No One Can Whistle a Symphony - Why Collaboration Makes Us Stronger (presented by Bridget Smith, City Manager, Adele Martin, Superintendent of Frankenmuth School District, and Jamie Furbush, President/ CEO of Frankenmuth Chamber/CVB.) • 3 Lunch & Learn events • The Prevention During the Holidays (presented speaker R/Sgt. We continued our popular Bavarian Bargains Coupon Book, which weighed in at 83 participants, making it our biggest promotion of the year, ordering 85,000 copies!
