Last year we had 4 leads come through our office from the Bank Travel Industry. Bank Travel is an incentive program offered to clients for domestic, international, cruise travel. Due to the interest we had received from different banks throughout the year we had decided to research tradeshows to represent Frankenmuth in this market and found a tradeshow called Bank Travel Showcase. One of the most appealing considerations of attending this conference was that Frankenmuth was the only Michigan based destination represented. This February we attended the 2013 Travel Showcase Conference and had a great response from the planners. Again, it is such an amazing feeling that when talking to prospective clients from places like New York, Texas, Tennessee and several other states that people have either heard of Frankenmuth or have already been as we are a true competitor Nationally within the travel industry. We continue to broadcast electronic communications to our contacts monthly and show an impressive 24% to 30% open rate We are currently working on implementing a new member management system to our website.
