Brandon Muller Brandon Muller currently serves as president of the Board. He is also the lead contract negotiator for the Board, a member of the Board's policy committee, and a representative on the Frankenmuth School District Foundation Board. In addition to his involvement with the Board, Brandon is a member of the Board of Governors of the Frankenmuth Community Foundation and the Board of Directors of the City of Frankenmuth Economic Development Corporation. He is also a member of the Frankenmuth Noon Rotary Club and the Frankenmuth Chamber of Commerce. Brandon is a partner at Clark Hill PLC, where he practices real estate and construction law. Brandon and his wife, Andrea, live in Frankenmuth and have two children: Cate, an eighth-grader at E.F. Rittmueller Middle School, and Jack, a third-grader at List Elementary School. In his free time, Brandon enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, as well as coaching Muth Youth football and serving as a Cub Scout den leader. Amy McAvoy Amy McAvoy was elected to the Board in 2018 and currently serves as secretary. Amy is also a representative on the Frankenmuth School District Foundation Board. Amy and her husband, Mike, have two children, both of whom attend E.F. Rittmueller Middle School. Amy graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She worked in Ann Arbor in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit prior to moving to Frankenmuth. Amy has been a very active volunteer in the schools. She has helped with many Harvest Hoedowns, Santa's Workshops, Health/Safety Days and Carnivals while her children attended List Elementary. Currently, she spends many Fridays popping popcorn for the students at EFR. Amy is also an active volunteer with the READ program and was the former coordinator of the program at List Elementary School. Amy is a Muth Youth cheerleading coach and a catechist at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. In her free time, Amy enjoys reading, exercising and traveling with her family. Estella Grablick Estella Grablick is a Frankenmuth native and 2003 graduate of Frankenmuth High School. She is married to Ryan Grablick, also an FHS graduate. They have two daughters: a seventh-grader at E.F. Rittmueller Middle School, and a third-grader at List Elementary School. Estella has been employed by Frankenmuth Insurance for ten years and currently serves as a specialist in the Special Investigation Unit investigating insurance fraud. Last November, she earned her Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator designation. Over the years, she developed a passion for volunteering at school events such as Harvest Hoedown, Health and Safety Day, the Carnival, Career Day, and the READ program. She serves on the Teacher Appreciation Committee. Estella also coaches the third and fourth grade cheerleading squad for the Muth Youth program, and is a catechist at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. Estella now serves as the Board representative on the Parks and Recreation Commission. In the summer you might see her selling strawberry shortcakes at the Concerts in the Park for the Frankenmuth Women's Club. In her spare time, Estella enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cycling, and traveling. Karen Uebler Karen Uebler was elected to the Board in 2008 and currently serves as vice president. She has four children and five grandchildren and resides in Frankenmuth Township with her husband, Wayne, on their Sesquicentennial farm. Giving back and belief in quality education are the main reasons she serves on the Board. Her commitment to her community includes serving on the Frankenmuth Historical Association Board and she is currently the Jr. Vice Commander of Frankenmuth American Legion Post 150, having served in the US Army with tours in Germany and Washington State. Karen is a lifelong learner, believing education should never end. She has achieved the MASB (Michigan Association of School Boards) Certified Board Member Award and is working toward the MASB Award of Merit. 23
