Painted by local artist Steven Hargash, it features a timeline from the 1840's to present day. Take a tour through the museum to learn even more about how Frankenmuth came to be. Many of Frankenmuth's murals are painted to look like windows—glimpses into other times and places. FRANKENMUTH CLOCK COMPANY Here, you will find two mural images done by Steven Hargash, the first of which is a German style crest featuring two lions with the word, "Uhrenmacher," which means Clockmaker in German. The second is located next to the entrance and depicts a traveling clock salesman with a German style landscape. BAVARIAN INN RESTAURANT Dozens of murals grace the walls of Bavarian Inn Restaurant. Most are located in the stairway of the Glockenspiel and commissioned by Terry Dickinson. The story depicted is the famous story of the Pied Piper – you can also hear the story at the Glockenspiel daily at noon, 3pm, 6pm, and 9pm.
