lights and sound. If you missed it that evening, you can see the show, which will alternate with the original show, every day of the season. The new show was customized to Frankenmuth and the introduction is short but powerful, tying together Frankenmuth's rich history and the reason we celebrate this time of year so big in Frankenmuth… a community anchored in Christ. The new Christmas Experience also affords us the opportunity to share more happenings in our local churches through the new Christmas guide. The story of Christmas is now told not only once, but three times as it was offered at 6pm & 7pm on the traditional night after Thanksgiving to continue to share our traditions with the many visitors as well. Tree-lined streets, stop & snap photo spots with a new contest, happenings in local businesses and churches, a magical Christmas tree show, a chilled ice rink, a reimagined ChristKindlMarkt, two big events to usher in the most wonderful time of the year, and promotional materials and signage to bring it all together… none of it would be possible without the help of so many. From the Chamber & CVB staff, to the many volunteers that went above and beyond, our community shines brightly because of you. Most importantly, none of this would be possible without the fi nancial investment of our Christmas Experience Sponsors, Ice Rink Advertisers, and all those who also supported the Community Foundation's Dachshund Derby Fundraising event. Many of these businesses noted actually supported all three efforts and some even made large commitments last year when their businesses were still shuttered from the pandemic! When other communities were losing businesses, ours were investing in long term improvements. We are a blessed and grateful community! May we all remember your generosity as we seek goods and services you provide. Thank you simply isn't enough. Visitors walk out of the Gathering Barn into the snowy shopping pavilion during the revamped Frankenmuth ChristKindlMarkt at the Frankenmuth Farmers Market. 10
