With the restructuring that took place during 2022, we have made
a concerted effort to make sure that the goals of our organization
are a collaborative effort between departments. By doing this we
are ensuring that our staff is cross trained and prepared for long
term success. Different from years past, our organizational goals
have been broken down into short-term and long-term this year.
Each with a department leading the charge, alongside the help of
other departments(s) and community partners.
