Social M E D I A 9 Over 5,200,000 people reached through our social media pages (49.7% increase) This fiscal year has demonstrated growth amongst our social media channels by means of communicative performance and brand awareness. Voice, personality, and social targeting strategies were built to enhance Frankenmuth's image and outreach. Informative sessions with a Two Six Digital marketing expert helped to improve integration of social strategies via the creation of target audiences and ad management. Upon the recommendation of Two Six Digital, social media management platforms were researched in hopes to eventually establish calendar organization and planning consistency. Additionally, the continued use of user generated content through CrowdRiff, and media callouts through the Constant Contact email system engaged social media users and drove them back to Frankenmuth's social channels. This upward pattern is predicted to continue throughout this fiscal year as social media still holds a driving pulse on our culture and travel industry. 24,430 Instagram followers 174,800 Page Likes on Facebook 4,721 New Followers 697,698 views 21,064 profile views
