One of our greatest new efforts was the partnership with Madden Media to actively improve our PR efforts. It was a great success of which we are now able to build upon this next year with a crisis communications plan. We wrapped up the accessibility assessment which has given us the tools necessary to build upon the new website and with our members in the future. The Sports Complex progress is greater than I can express in this short letter. It's the biggest undertaking our organization has ever been engaged in and is quickly progressing towards the actual ground breaking later in 2026. There is so much more that goes into these big development projects than we could have imagined, but the consistent support of the Boards and donors along with our development partners at SFC help us keep it all moving. The Accessibility efforts and the Sports Complex development are what we call the big hairy audacious goals (BHAG, credit Annie Rummel) that span the course of years so we have to break down the goals to ensure we celebrate the wins in progress. Progress is an interesting thing. It doesn't happen overnight. It's a commitment to long-term forward momentum, and in our case, for the good of the whole. Working together with our community partners, industry peers and statewide associations are a critical part of our continued success. Our team is going through a shift mindset regarding progress as it relates to our focus which really helps bring clarity we can't wait to unveil later this year as we enter the Chamber's 120th year! The incredible foundational structure of our organization is as unique as Frankenmuth itself and has clearly stood the test of time. But we are incredibly excited to start this monumental year with new clarity on effectively bringing people together. Progress was the watchword 120 years ago when the Town Booming Association was formed which evolved to the Merchants & Manufacturers Association, Board of Trade, Board or Commerce and eventually the Chamber of Commerce. Today's Frankenmuth Chamber of Commerce and Convention & Visitors Bureau is actively positioned and prepared to continue bringing people together to progress our community, promote Frankenmuth and grow the prosperity of our businesses. We hope you will all join us on the exciting ride in 2026 as we approach our most exciting year…and it happens to be our 120th year! 3
