9 Congratulations to List Elementary School, E.F. Rittmueller Middle School, and Frankenmuth High School on earning the Marzano High Reliability Schools™ Level 2 certification. This nationally recognized achievement mCans the Frankenmuth Schools have established "Effective Teaching in Every Classroom," by focusing on the responsibility of both school leaders and teachers in ensuring high-quality instructional practices. The Frankenmuth School District is the first in the state of Michigan to have all of its buildings certified in both Levels 1 & 2, and efforts toward earning Level 3 certification are already underway. The early dismissal opportunities on the second Friday of each month provide a prime example of the collaborative teams work time that is used to achieve collective focus on A School Culture of Safety and Collaboration (Level 1), Effective Teaching in every Classroom (Level 2), and Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum (Level 3). The High Reliability Schools (HRS) program was created by Marzano Resources to transform and celebrate schools that take proactive steps to ensure student success. Certification is determined by Marzano Resources analysts in cooperation with school data teams. Using the HRS framework and indicators, schools drive sustained, positive, and significant impacts on student achievement by synthesizing multiple complex initiatives into one harmonious system.
