It was with bittersweet emotions that Marcy Putnam led her final "List Elementary School Revue" on Sunday, June 2. With rainclouds earlier in the day, the sunshine came out for the student performances during the afternoon. While the grass was a bit soggy, it didn't dampen the turnout for the show. The hill was packed with parents, grandparents, neighbors and community members. Students sang and danced during two programs with inspirational messages. They ended with a whole school song "Wonderful Life" by Wayne and Karey Kirkpatrick. A final surprise was a $10,000 donation from Greta Van Fleet to List Elementary. Daniel Wagner, Josh, Jake and Sam Kiska were all former students and performers at this show. Their parents came onstage as the crowd and the students erupted in celebration with this announcement of the generous gift.
