Strength of Frankenmuth JON GENOW "The strong sense of community. Oh - and Zehnder's Sunday brunch." Something All Year Long CHRISTIE KILBOURN "The flowers downtown, all the Christmas decorations/lights, walking River Place, food at Tiffanys, a collection of Willow Tree angels I buy at Bronners, walking along the river. My oldest loves Adorn. Harvest coffee." All the Love WENDY WINKEL "Everything. I literally love everything. <3" Traditional Favorites CHRISTY KUCZYNSKI "A Frankenmuth Woolen Mill comforter is on my list [of favorite things], so is Zehnder's chicken seasoning, a Tiffany's Bloody Mary, service from Schaefer & Bierlein service department, and a [Frankenmuth Farmers Market] Cream of the Crops ice cream... But there's so much more!" e Giving Spirit ANNE HIGGINS WEBB "Summer flowers downtown, white lights wrapping the trees downtown, the river, the cozy & welcoming atmospheres at Prost & Tiffs. All of the local business owners who donate to many, many Muth causes, the incredible giving nature whether monetarily or with their time of so many citizens in town. What a fabulous town!!" A Young Good Samaritan MARY GUZAK "I seriously love the community I live in. This morning, a young boy, probably about 10, came into my office. He said he was riding his bike and he spilled the Slurpee he just bought. He asked for some paper towels to go clean the sidewalk. Seriously? Most kids would have kept on riding, leaving the mess. I gave him my plant watering can, filled it with water and told him to rinse off the sidewalk as best he could and the rain would take care of the rest. I watched him slowly walk back to the corner, being careful not to spill any water out of the container. Tracy and I were so impressed we got him money to go get another Slurpee and a handful of candy from our candy jar. When he brought back the watering can and we gave him the money and candy he didn't want to take it. We both told him how proud of him we were for being such a fine young man, take it and have a great rest of his day. Now I don't know who his parents are but I would sure love to tell them what a wonderful job they are doing parenting this sweet, caring young man! I hope my daughters are lucky enough to marry someone that is raised like that. I love Frankenmuth!!" Frankenmuth is a great place to live and work.
