also managed through talent shifts. We worked on a festival
organizer toolkit and communication with event organizers.
Video assets were added to our marketing efforts and data for
destination intelligence became a more important part of our
advertising and marketing plan. We worked with restaurants
on a new Restaurant Week promotion that will kick off this
February. And we even tackled a number of projects that
were identified during our mid-year planning for the new
year but some were accomplished before the end of summer
such as new placemaking amenities on the Chamber Platz,
staff educational opportunities, building improvements and
revamping our involvement kit and membership renewal
process. And we continued many of our regularly planned
programs which now includes the Christmas Experience and
Ice Rink. These efforts have had a major impact on our work
plan but have also had an incredible positive impact on our
community. The PR for our destination in the final quarter of
the year is rewarding. Years of transition are never easy, but
with faith in God's plan, we always find the light to shine for our
members and our community. We're excited to see all that plan
has in store for 2022-23 because we know with our new talent
and focus, it will surely continue to be positive and successful.
Together, we prosper!
