This past fiscal year was full of learning, dreaming, and preparing for the great new things ahead. And like always, our organization was steadfast in the execution of programs, events, marketing, and communications that benefit our members, visitors and community alike. We continued to excel in offering services to our members and guests while being proud representatives of our great destination throughout our many networks and partnerships across the City, County, Great Lakes Bay Region and the state of Michigan. Our team really grew in their knowledge and also brought forth enthusiasm to grow in greatness in the future. That was evident in our successes and planning this year. We grew in membership numbers but also in participation. Having active members is the heartbeat of our work and the efforts we can accomplish for Frankenmuth when we come together. We tried new things. The new Birdie Bash, two-day golf event was a wildly fun and successful event. And learned sometimes old is better new again which was the decision following the new Restaurant Week promotion that will bring us the return of the Wein & Stein in June of 2024. We invested in big things for the future. And we planned for even bigger things. The Ice Rink system was purchased to help grow a sustainable way to continue the overall Christmas Experience into the future. The shuttle program that started as a pilot in 2021 grew from 3 to 5 weekends in the fall of 2022 and then was offered every weekend from the middle of July through Christmas.
