Social M E D I A 9 Over 6,200,000 people reached through our social media pages (18.87% increase) The 2023/2024 fiscal year as a whole has performed well for social media with notable increases in followers and overall reach amongst all channels. Intentional strategies were implemented to improve travel inspiration and information, via heightened brand awareness, voice, and communication. Informative Two Six Digital sessions with digital marketing representatives continued to assist in tailoring knowledge and versatility in target audiences, ad management, and more. Upon research, an asset management platform called SnapSea was selected and activated to consolidate various platforms. CrowdRiff was formerly used as a platform to collect user-generated content, and Sprout Social was formerly used to plan for social content. SnapSea takes the place of both with plans to streamline all assets throughout the new fiscal year. Media callouts through the Constant Contact email system engaged social media users and drove them back to Frankenmuth's social channels. This pattern is projected to continue throughout this fiscal year as social media still holds a driving pulse on the culture and tourism industry. 27,896 Instagram followers 145,617 reached 183,289 Facebook followers 5,792,141 reached 10,327 TikTok followers 238,810 reached
