The 2023/2024 fiscal year was a year of amazing growth for the Visitor Center. With the increased number of guests walking through the front doors, the distribution of information has increased as well. The front desk staff continued to gather and share information between our businesses, visitors, and local community alike. The front desk joined in helping to contribute to the Memorial Cup with pop-up info booths. Due to postage and print pricing increases, this year saw the addition of a Pocket Guide that was distributed throughout our traditional channels in Canada, Michigan and a few new distribution channels in Ohio in place of the Visitor Guide. The Pocket Guide, with its increase of QR-codes, also increased our requests for individually mailed Visitor Guides this past year. Visitor Guides continued to be distributed at MDOT Welcome Centers. The Bavarian Bierpass, Mural Finder, Gnome Hunt, and Frankenmuth Money have all continued to be staple purchases, requests, and redemptions for our visitors in the Visitor Center while here in Frankenmuth. We also increased our exchange of information between Frankenmuth and other CVB locations throughout Michigan. In continuation, our Frankenmuth Visitor Guides, Coupon Books, and Member brochures are stocked twice a week at the Dodge Road Rest Area near Clio due to the partnership between us and the Great Lakes CVB.
