Social M E D I A 9 The 2024/2025 fiscal year as a whole has performed well for social media with notable increases in followers and overall reach amongst all channels. Intentional strategies were implemented to improve travel inspiration and information, via heightened brand awareness, voice, and communication. A refresh was done to our social pages with the addition of a new profile picture across all platforms, as well as more detailed highlights in the Instagram biography. The addition of social pages for the Ice Rink was also new this year. Informative Two Six Digital sessions with digital marketing representatives continued to assist in tailoring knowledge and versatility in target audiences, ad management, and more. The transition to our new asset management platform, SnapSea, has been beneficial and has eased the process of plotting the social calendar and managing user generated content. 17.5k TikTok followers 30.5k Instagram followers 192k Facebook followers Combined Views* = 28.4M Instagram Facebook Tiktok *Views are the number of times content was played or displayed.
