The frankenmuth.org website is still our strongest, and highest
performing tool across our channels of public outreach. An increase in
users by 48%, sessions by 52%, and pageviews by 38%, has allowed us
to see a tangible improvement in user access, acquisition, engagement,
and retention. Content is flexible for updates, which allows for features,
blogs, and pages to remain relevant. In 2023, some of our website goals
include improving the user's seamless experience so that more time
is spent on the website, in hopes of leading to more bookings, visits,
and stays. We will also continue to build out more pages, seasonally
reach out to businesses for event submission reminders, and frequently
update website deals. Switching from Active Campaign to Constant
Contact has helped in the fall of 2022 to direct visitors that receive the
monthly eTraveler newsletter to the website with ease.
