The frankenmuth.org website is still our strongest, and highest performing tool across our channels of public outreach. An increase in users by 48%, sessions by 52%, and pageviews by 38%, has allowed us to see a tangible improvement in user access, acquisition, engagement, and retention. Content is flexible for updates, which allows for features, blogs, and pages to remain relevant. In 2023, some of our website goals include improving the user's seamless experience so that more time is spent on the website, in hopes of leading to more bookings, visits, and stays. We will also continue to build out more pages, seasonally reach out to businesses for event submission reminders, and frequently update website deals. Switching from Active Campaign to Constant Contact has helped in the fall of 2022 to direct visitors that receive the monthly eTraveler newsletter to the website with ease. Website 2,230.211 total sessions with 80.6% of those being new visitors 5,339,462 total pageviews Sunday, July 3, 2020 was the highest traffic day on the website with 10,934 visitors and 31,269 page views 73.27% of users viewed the site on a mobile device or tablet "Things To Do" was the most popular page, aside from the Homepage, with 387,262 pageviews 10
